When you work with us onsite, you’ll be responsible for filming:
- The Preparation: Getting ready moments, detail shots of decor and personal items
- Key Moments: Entrances, speeches, presentations, ceremonial activities
- Candid Interactions: Guest conversations, reactions, laughter, emotional moments
- The Atmosphere: Decor, tablescapes, venue ambiance, lighting, floral arrangements
- Activities: Games, dancing, performances, special traditions
- Portraits: Group shots, couple shots, honoree spotlights, family groupings
For Photographers
When you work with us onsite, you’ll be responsible for capturing:
- The Preparation: Getting ready shots, detail photos of decor and personal items
- Key Moments: Entrances, speeches, presentations, ceremonial activities
- Candid Moments: Guest interactions, emotional reactions, genuine laughter
- The Details: Decor, tablescapes, florals, food, invitations, party favors
- Activities: Games, dancing, performances, special traditions

Important Notes About This Work
- Onsite coverage only – You capture, we edit. No post-production work required from you.
- Event length varies – Most celebrations run approximately 2-6 hours depending on the booking
- Bring your own equipment – Cameras, lenses, memory cards, and backup batteries are your responsibility
- Professional conduct required – You represent our brand when working with clients and guests
- Flexible commitment – Accept only the events that fit your schedule
- Raw delivery only – Upload unedited files; we handle everything after that
